Green Tea: 175°F | 2-3 min

Black Tea: 205°F | 3-5 min

Herbal Tea: 205°F | 5-7 min

We want your tea experience to be beautiful from the moment you open your package. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info.teafulbliss.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• A photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be processed for shipping.

If your tracking number shows that your package is delayed or lost, please contact us! We’ll work with our shipping partners to track it down.

For international orders, please note that customs clearance can occasionally extend delivery times. We recommend allowing up to 21 business days for international deliveries.
