Each tea has specific brewing instructions for optimal flavor. As a general guide:

Green Tea: 175°F | 2-3 min

Black Tea: 205°F | 3-5 min

Herbal Tea: 205°F | 5-7 min

Matcha: Whisk 1 tsp with 6oz hot water (175°F)
